Circle of Joy operates as a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All activities and programs are conducted in furtherance of our charitable mission to support caregivers. You can request to see our IRS determination letter or EIN by emailing marea@circleofjoy.love.
By accessing this website or engaging with our programs, including donations and program applications, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
As Circle of Joy operates as a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, participants are eligible to attend retreats in the United States.

3. Donations
All donations made to Circle of Joy are voluntary and non-refundable.
Circle of Joy is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (or has applied for such status). Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations unless explicitly stated.
You can request to see our IRS determination letter or EIN by emailing marea@circleofjoy.love.
Funds are used to support caregivers and related program costs, including retreat experiences, respite care, travel support, and reasonable administrative expenses.
We retain full discretion over the use of all donated funds to ensure they are applied where they are most needed to support our mission.

4. Sponsorships & Partnerships
Sponsorship and partnership contributions may be governed by separate agreements outlining scope, expectations, and deliverables.
Unless otherwise specified, contributions are considered charitable donations and do not constitute the purchase of goods or services.
5. Program Applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.
We review all applications with care and make decisions based on a range of factors, including caregiving responsibilities, need, and alignment with the program.
All decisions are final.
6. Participation in Retreats
Program recipients participate in retreats organized and delivered by Camp Joy Retreats. Participants are expected to engage respectfully and in alignment with the values of the experience.
Circle of Joy and Camp Joy Retreats reserve the right to withdraw participation if behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or not aligned with the integrity of the program.
Participants may be required to complete additional waivers, liability releases, and health disclosures prior to attendance.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and materials, is the property of Circle of Joy and Camp Joy Retreats unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Circle of Joy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
